RUGBY 101

Rugby might look confusing at first, but once you learn the basics, it's easy to follow.  The goal is simple: work together to move the ball down the pitch and score.  You can run forward with the ball, pass it backwards or sidesways to a teammate, or kick it forward.  Unlike football, play often continues after a tackle, making rugby a fast moving game built around teamwork and support.
